"He earns his wins with integrity."
I'm the opposing party and giving them 5 stars should say something. Dave Partovi is one of the very few lawyers I've known to be honest, genuinely caring and respectful to all parties involved. He's earns his wins with integrity and hard work not with lies and dirty tricks. If he wasn't my ex's lawyer already, I'd hire him in a second. Thanks to Dave, my distaste for lawyers is a little less each day.

What Are Local Laws Regarding Marijuana?
While the recreational use of marijuana is legal in Spokane and throughout Washington state, it is still a carefully controlled substance. Since laws concerning cannabis are becoming more tolerant in many corners of the United States, with Washington being one of the more progressive areas, you may now only think of drug crimes as those involving substances like methamphetamine and cocaine. But there are still many ways to find yourself facing criminal charges related to cannabis.
Here is a quick look at some of Washington's marijuana laws:
- The cultivation of cannabis plants without a permit is illegal.
- Public consumption is subject to a $100 fine.
- Possession of more than one ounce of marijuana (but less than 40 grams) is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days in jail and a $1,000 fine.
- Possession of amounts greater than 40 grams is a felony punishable by up to five years in prison and a fine of $10,000.
Other complex laws apply for the use, cultivation, and possession of medical marijuana in Washington. In Idaho, marijuana in all forms remains illegal. If you are facing criminal charges related to cannabis, David Partovi can provide the legal advocacy you need in order to protect your rights.
